The Pensacola International Airport is the closest large airport, carrying all the major airlines. This airport is about an hour and a half away from Martinique on the Gulf. Once you get out of the airport you'll take FL-292 to AL-180, which will bring you all the way to Boulevard Martinique. You'll enjoy a beautiful, scenic route for much of the drive with views of natural sand dunes, the Gulf of Mexico, and coastal forest.
The Mobile Regional Airport is much smaller, but it still serves major airline carriers like Delta, American, and United. The Mobile Airport Authority runs both the regional airport and the new Mobile Downtown Airport. The Mobile Airport is about an hour and 45 minutes from Martinique on the Gulf. To get here you'll take I-65 S to I-10 E to AL-59 to AL-180.

The Mobile Bay Ferry offers quick and scenic rides across the Mobile Bay, which is a great option for those driving all the way here or renting a car at the Mobile Airport. Ferries carry passengers across Mobile Bay between Fort Gaines on Dauphin Island and Fort Morgan at Mobile Point.
Along the route, you'll see two historic forts at the entrance of Mobile Bay. The two ferry systems, the Fort Morgan and Marissa Mae Nicole, take approximately 40 minutes to get to their destinations.
