105 W is the perfect vacation rental! Ground floor walks out to the most amazing view and puts you steps away from the water! Tastefully decorated and well appointed, this unit is perfect for a couple or small family. Although it was just my wife and I, I’d think 6 people would have plenty of room.

Perfect size, very clean, furniture was great. Kitchen was the perfect size for 5 guests. Resort was clean, spacious, quiet and relaxing. Our family loved the stay. We had an issue with wifi and management sent someone immediately and they fixed it - just need a reset. Location of the unit was perfect for us as it was close to pool and boardwalk.

Wonderful 2BR condo with great furnishings and decor. We spent a week here and we’re very satisfied with everything other than some difficulty with the WiFi. Management was very attentive to our needs.

This was our 4th trip to Martinique. We’ve come for a weeks stay during the summer every 2 years since 2016. We always enjoy our stays. Excellent accommodations and service and location. This year was notably more expensive than other years which was somewhat expected given the economy. I will say that for the time it took to travel from Kentucky by car, cost of gas, and then food (we mostly shop grocery stores and use the kitchen/dinning in the home) — the final cost came close to an all-inclusive resort in Cancun, Mexico.
We are thrilled to have stayed and certainly considering returning for 2024.

This unit was clean and comfortable, was right next to boardwalk to beach, could view ocean from patio. Since we cooked entire stay, would like to suggest to owner to add a few spices for use. Thank you for a great stay!������

My three sisters and I stayed at Martinique on the Gulf for a long weekend. It was a great getaway! The location is beautiful! The beach and pool were perfect for relaxing. 105 West was just right for us! It is nicely decorated, well furnished, and clean. Checking in and out was simple. I look forward to visiting again!

We have stayed at Martinique for years - this unit has been the best of all - decor and furniture are so nice. You can tell it has been updated. Too many of the units have not been. We would certainly want to stay in this unit again. My only suggestion- we only had three face towels for two bathrooms. The unit was very clean but somehow the cushions on the dining room chairs were not clean - were full of sand

We needed a quick getaway after being quarantined at home for 6 weeks. When we heard the beaches were open, we called and were able to book this condo. We checked in late Thursday night, and checked out Sunday. Overall, it was a very nice experience. We've stayed at Martinique many times before and really love it!

Martinique is my favorite beach destination and 105 West is my favorite place to stay while there. The weather was nice and the pool and beach were not crowded after Labor Day. Perfect getaway! We are looking forward to next year's trip!

Very relaxing with exception of person walking above us very loudly and heavy early in morning and late at night. Seemed to be very little noise insulation between floors or just abnormally loud and heavy walking person.

Despite the weather initially, this has been one of our best vacations at Martinique on the Gulf. Our condo is bright and cheery and is the one of the best equipped that we have stayed at. The management at Martinique couldn't be more helpful and welcoming.

Very nice facility, condo, and amenities. Once again in 2 different condos we were unable to access WiFi in the condo. There needs to be clear, concise typed out instructions for accessing WiFi on the counter in every rental condo promising WiFi access. A few dishes in the cabinets did not appear clean do we washed them before using them.

We loved the stay at our unit 105W. The condo was perfect. Very clean and well furnished. We also loved the easy access to the beach. We enjoyed our stay so much we are planning another trip in October. The only issue we had the entire trip was the wireless internet in the condo would not work. we did inform the property manager and they said they would have it looked into but never got back to us. Not a huge deal. The vacation was to get away from everything so the internet wasn't a huge problem.
