Our favorite Gulf location

We have returned to this property every fall for the past seven years. It is just to our liking. The size suits 3 couples with ample room and a spacious deck overlooking the Gulf and the Bon Secours Wildlife refuge.
It is private and secure. We were only allowed two vehicles on property for 3 couples which was a problem but we solved it. We would have paid extra for a third space. For this we would deduct a star.
The restaurant options have been dramatically enhanced by the opening of Jesse's on the Gulf just 2 miles away.
The amenities are great but we would have hoped for a large flat screen tv.
We will return again in the future.

Peaceful from the first moment on property. This spacious unit is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The views are outstanding! The kitchen has everything you could possibly need to prepare a meal for two or entertain several families. The web site photos and description are very accurate. We hope to return soon!

This was our 12th year at Martinique and the first time staying at 301E. The unit is very nice, clean and the kitchen well equipped with anything you could need. With its corner location overlooking the nature preserve, it is so quiet...exactly like we love. I would have booked it for next year but needed Sunday to Sunday and the unit only allows for Saturday to Saturday.
As I stated, this is our 12th year at Martinique. Last year we had trouble reaching management staff and when we did they were not anywhere near as friendly and helpful as usual. This year they were back to their awesome selves, yay! Also, while the grounds are always well kept, this year they were even more spectacular! Due to the coolness of the weather, the pools were not utilized by any of our group and by very few of the other guest. While the weather cannot be controlled, it would be nice if management would heat the first pool in October so that people can enjoy at least one of the pools. We did see the security people patrolling often and noticed that people who did not have condo parking passes but were parked up by the condo's were getting tickets (told they were warning tickets the first time). It was a tad disconcerting to see the security man with a gun on his hip, would hope such need was not necessary.
If you decide to book a stay at 301E you will not regret it!

We love staying at Martinique, but this might be our favorite condo to date! The view was breathtaking and the location was perfect. Well-stocked kitchen and plenty of room for our family. We hope to be back to 301E!

We love staying at Martinique. This was our first time staying in 301E. We loved this condo. Everything was perfect except the mattress and pillows in the master bedroom. Not very comfortable.

A great location--perhaps the best on the property. Top floor, view of the beach, view of the wildlife refuge, secluded. If you're looking for a relaxing vacation, this is it.

301E We have stayed three times at Martinique by far this is the best unit. Love the open view! Only downside is very small one and that is the bbq grill is a little bit of a walk.

The property was very nice and had plenty of furniture and dishes. The light in the hall bath shower would not stay on all the time. The decor was a bit dark for our taste. We prefer bright, beachy decor. The furniture was very comfortable but not for those with a bad back. Firmer cushions would have been nice for us. Overall, a nice property.

This trip to the gulf was one of the best. Peaceful, beautiful view of the ocean and the serene Bon Secour Wildlife Refuge. The condo was beautifully decorated and fully equipped. Comfortable furniture and plenty of space for the whole family.

A somewhat remote, low-density way to enjoy the beauty of Fort Morgan Beach!!
Do nothing at all or take advantage of the surrounding state parks, restaurants, fishing, boating, kayaking, biking, etc...

We love the views from this condo and the great cross breezes on the balcony. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking and has every kind of coffee maker, including a Keurig.

Relaxing and fun time on the beach with family. We chose 301 East because of past good experiences. The registration experience was good with nice staff. The rooms in the condo were clean. The sliding glass door and windows were very dirty, making it difficult to see the view. We cleaned it ourselves. The sliding door handle is almost worn out and makes it very difficult to open the door. The front door walk had sand and mud with a dirty welcome rug which started shedding when we attempted to shake it out. We notified the front office but ended up sweeping it. The sprinklers still are positioned to wet the patio area requiring moving the furniture nightly. The unit guest bath needs updating. Overall, we like this property for privacy and comfort.

301E is a wonderful condo. It's a end unit which overlooks the wildlife refuge. Every morning you are greeted with a beautiful sunrise and peaceful surroundings. It is my "go to" place when I need recharging!!

After helping, the last of our six daughters move into her own place, their mother and I decided it was time for a little R&R. We searched many places in the Gulf Coast area and ultimately decided on Martinique on the Gulf. And what a great place to have chosen. Not only was this place located in a quite section on the Gulf, it also was beautifully designed. With the wildlife reserve located right next to our third floor condo where we could view the beach and each morning's beautiful sun rise, while enjoying our morning coffee from the large private balcony. What a relaxing spot! So relaxing, that we didn't even leave the condo until the third day! We felt like a couple of newly weds. That you so much for developing such a wonderful place. What a place to recharge our batteries! Can't wait for a return trip.

This is the fourth time to have rented a condo at Martinique. We prefer the east side overlooking the Bonsecours Refuge. It is quiet and beautiful. There is a sense of solitude that is so enjoyable.
