Downstairs you’ll find a spacious living room, dining room, and fully appointed kitchen with breakfast counter, refrigerator with ice maker, microwave, toaster oven, dishwasher, laundry room with new LG Sensory washer and dryer and full guest bath. The kitchen includes granite countertops and all stainless steel appliances! Just off the living and dining room is a large screened back porch with plenty of outdoor seating. There is an extra large back patio that includes a propane firepit, a stainless steel propane grill, 2 tables, and 2 loungers. The outdoor area is great for spending time with family and friends!
In addition to the main living areas downstairs, there is a large master suite with a study, 2 master closets, and a generous master bath with a large garden tub, separate glass-enclosed shower, and double vanity.
Upstairs you’ll discover four guest bedrooms and three full guest bathrooms. A few more steps lead to the 3rd-floor crow’s nest that has a door that blocks this area off from the rest of the house. The crow's nest also has a balcony that overlooks the beautiful Bon Secour Wildlife Refuge. Other features include a 20-foot ceiling in the living room, 10-foot ceilings in all other downstairs living areas, ceiling fans, central heating and air conditioning, and lots of storage areas.
