Lil Bit of Sunshine was perfect for our family of 5! We enjoyed the living area and screened in porch for game nights, puzzles and reading! The house has everything we needed in terms of amenities. We loved having access to the golf cart, bikes and beach chairs.

Home is Even Better Than Described!

There were so many great features of this home - from the ice maker to the layout, from the golf cart to the bunkbed that included a queen size level - it was all perfect for us. Only complaint was that the bedding wasn't quite adequate. We were chilly and needed more blankets.

Once again a perfect vacation at Martinique on the Gulf. Our eighth time to visit and it couldn’t have gone better. The house was wonderful and came as advertised. We had family with us from Arizona and they were absolutely amazed at what they experienced. This is property management at its best. Thanks again!

It was very apparent that the owners take pride in this rental home. Everything was provided from bikes, beach chairs and would be good to update the photos online. The only thing I would change would be a six person outside dining table in the screened in porch. I would definately rent this home again.

Everyone and everything was delightful! Our accommodations were top notch, the golf cart and amenities available in the garage worked wonderfully, the ocean and pools are spectacular, and everyone was pleasant and encouraging!

Lil Bit of Sunshine is recently updated and the entire house felt like new. The golf cart and all the beach extras were fantastic. The beach and pools were so nice. Our only wish was that the pools were heated since we traveled during Spring Break and it wasn't very warm yet. I would highly recommend this home for your travel needs.

The beautiful truly lives up to its name! The colors of sunny yellow, hot pink, electric blue and bright green dominate the walls and accessories. We loved staying here. We have stayed at Martinique several times before, but this house was by far our favorite.

From the time we drove into Martinique with the landscape, houses painted with refreshing colors, and then entering our house and its docor of bright beach colors we knew our week was going to be great. The beach, the pool, the quiet atmosphere, out of range of the business beyond the entrance was a delightful "Wellspring of Relaxation"k everyday. Thanks to Martinique and the owners of "A Little Bit of Sunshine".

Lil Bit of Sunshine is an excellent house in Martinique. It is directly across the street from the heated pool, and was spacious enough that our family of five had plenty of room to spread out. There is a lovely screened porch on the back of the house that overlooks a lagoon. Although it was very cold during our December visit, we found plenty to keep ourselves occupied. The owners have a great variety of games, the kitchen is well stocked for cooking, and the cable/wifi worked well. The only changes I would suggest would be to include a dresser or drawers of some sort (even in the closet) or replace the entertainment unit with a dresser in the bedroom with the twin beds, and to remove the bed frames (they are too long for the beds and too large for that room making entering/exiting difficult as the door is near the large entertainment unit). We had a hard time keeping that room a proper temperature, it stayed on the warm side even with the fan turned "on" and the heat in the house turned "off." Otherwise, the house was in pretty good shape, was clean, had plenty of extra bedding (blankets, etc.), and provided a great base for exploring. Management advised it would address a concern about water spots on the ceiling, likely from an old leak.

Wonderful Week in the Sunshine

Despite predictions the previous week of inclement weather, we had only one day of rain. The rest of the time, the weather was ideal. As always, this house exceeded expectations with color, style, cleanliness, and extremely well-stocked kitchen and baths. It's easy to relax in such a beachy, welcoming environment!

We have stayed at Martinque before and had a great time. This rental reached beyond our expectations . It was perfect for a family with three children and was all on one level which made it easy for little ones . The kitchen was fully stocked and we felt just like we were at home. It was so comfortable and relaxing.
